Coldwell Banker names Vail managing director
VAIL — Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties in Vail recently announced that Winter Stacey Holm-Risen has been named managing director of the Vail office.
A longtime Vail resident, Holm-Risen will leverage the longstanding relationship and professional affiliation with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on behalf of Vail clients.

Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Vail office, Holm-Risen was a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Denver for 21 years. She has served as a volunteer for numerous organizations and interests, including the Habitat for Humanity, St. Anthony’s Hospital, United Way, Vail Valley Hospital Auxiliary and Taste of Vail.
