Collision stalls traffic on I-70
VAIL – It may have looked worse than it was.Traffic traveling east on I-70 stalled for about an hour after a woman driving a Jeep Cherokee collided with a parked car on the side of the road. The accident happened Saturday morning.No one was inside the Chrysler PT Cruiser parked on the side of the road near Dowd Junction, said Vail Police Sgt. Mark Allen. The woman, who was driving about 55 mph to 60 mph, was taken to Vail Valley Medical Center but had no visible injuries, he said.The collision squashed the left side of the PT Cruiser.Vail, Colorado
