Colorado Autism Commission visits Vail

VAIL, Colorado ” The Colorado Autism Commission will visit Vail, Colorado Feb. 25 to hear input from families, teachers and other professionals who live, work and serve people with autism.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at the Vail Town Council chambers in the Vail Municipal building. Anyone from the autism community who would like to be heard by the commission needs to mail, fax, or bring in a written statement using a form provided at the commission’s Web site. Forms can be printed and online input given at under the “testimony” section.

The commission is made up of 24 members and was created to find gaps in services and make a 10-year plan to better serve people with autism and their families.
