DENVER, Colorado- Colorado lawmakers are gearing up for a review of the state worker’s compensation program.
Lawmakers said Tuesday they have formed a committee that will begin hearings Aug. 4.
They want to ensure policyholders are paying the lowest premiums possible and that Pinnacol Assurance, Colorado’s insurer of last resort, is stable.
