Comedy Night returns to The Back Bowl in Eagle
Vail, CO, Colorado
Comedian Kevin Fitzgerald says laughter is an important part of everyday life and nobody can laugh too much. His favorite holiday is the Fourth of July because he says it is the only holiday that you don’t buy people gifts.
Fitzgerald will headline Comedy Night at the Back Bowl in Eagle tonight at 8:30 p.m.
Some people might recognize Fitzgerald from Animal Planet, but he’s been in the comedy scene since 1986 and has opened for Bob Hope, Larry the Cable Guy and Sinbad. He has been featured in 10 seasons on the popular Animal Planet TV series “Emergency Vets,” and was in Steve Irwin’s “New Breed Vets.” He also narrated Animal Planet’s “Things Pets Swallow.”
Fitzgerald is an animal lover and an everyday cynic. He will be brining his quirky animal insight to the show.
Opening is Adam Clayton-Holland, a writer for Denver’s Westword. Holland says his life has been a challenge: He has overcome numerous non-existent hurdles to become the funniest comedian on his block. According to Holland’s Myspace page,” throwing your life away is the new black.”
