Concierges meet their recommendations
VAIL – For three evenings, the Vail Valley Chamber & Tourism Bureau’s Visitor Services staff brought employees from local lodges and guest-oriented businesses face-to-face with the restaurants and shops where they send guests on a daily basis. Collectively, 57 employees attended the events and 45 Vail businesses participated.”The Concierge Nights are a great way for the front-line employees to get first-hand knowledge about Vail businesses,” said Mike Griffin, manager of the Vail and Lionshead visitor centers. “It allows the concierges to really evaluate the needs of the customer and send them in the right direction. And, it gives the businesses a forum to spotlight some of their signature products and services.”Each of the three Concierge Nights focused on a different area in Vail: E. Meadow Drive, Bridge Street and Lionshead. Attendees toured several businesses. For more information on Concierge Nights, or about the Vail and Lionshead cisitor centers, contact Mike Griffin at 479-1046 ext. 104 or email@example.com.
