Conservation easement course Wednesday in Edwards

EDWARDS, Colorado ” The Eagle Valley Land Trust is hosting a course, “Nuts and Bolts of Conservation Easements,” on Wednesday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Miller Ranch Clubhouse in Edwards, Colorado.

A conservation easement is a legal tool that allows land owners to sell development rights in order to preserve the land as open space.

The course offers six continuing education credit hours for attorneys, five for Realtors and six-and-a-half hours for appraisers.



The course is open to public and cost $50 to attend and $100 to earn credit. To register, call the Eagle Valley Land Trust at 970-524-0870.
