Cook named managing broker at Gateway
Vail, CO Colorado
VAIL, Colorado – Gateway Land and Development has announced that Rick Cook has been named managing broker of its Edwards and Vail Village-based real estate company.
Cook moved from New York to the Vail Valley in 1989, where he has worked as a successful real estate broker for 16 years. In 2007, Cook was voted Realtor of the Year and is a frequent Top Producer Award recipient. Formerly the managing broker for Slifer Smith and Frampton, Cook has extensive experience in the sales and marketing of vacation homes and local residences as well as the sale and leasing of commercial property.
“I am thrilled to have Rick leading our team,” said Suzi Apple, owner of Gateway Land and Development Real Estate. “With his tremendous experience, knowledge of the valley and integrity, he brings incredible depth of skill and leadership and is a perfect fit for Gateway.”
“I made the move to Gateway knowing that they were a competitive and progressive real estate office in the Valley and like the energy in both the Edwards and Vail Village offices,” Cook said. “I feel great about the wonderful support there and hope to be a positive edition to their growing team.”
