COPPER MOUNTAIN ” Copper Mountain, Colorado has moved its opening day up a week to Nov. 7.
The Summit County resort is offering a 15 percent discount on lodging when they buy a lift ticket that weekend. The resort is currently selling several different season passes.
Copper Mountain has added new terrain, called Black Bear Glade, under its Super Bee lift. It also will start a program called Woodward at Copper, a training facility for skiing and snowboarding in the terrain park.
