“DIARY OF A WIMPY KID”

Diary of a Wimpy Kid chronicles the adventures of wise-cracking middle school student Greg Heffley, who must somehow survive the scariest time of anyone’s life: middle school. (1:40) PG.

“HOT TUB TIME MACHINE”

Hot Tub Time Machine follows a group of best friends who’ve become frustrated with their adult lives: Adam (John Cusack) has been dumped by his girlfriend; Lou (Rob Corddry) is a party guy who can’t find the party; Nick’s (Craig Robinson) wife controls his every move; and basement living, video game-obsessed Jacob (Clark Duke) is a geek. After a crazy night of drinking in a ski resort hot tub, the men inexplicably wake up in the year 1986. This is their chance to fix their past and change their futures. (1:45) R.

“DATE NIGHT”

Claire and Phil Foster (Tina Fey and Steve Carell) are a typical suburban couple whose lives – including their weekly date nights of dinner and a movie – have become routine. To reignite the marital spark, they visit a trendy Manhattan bistro where a case of mistaken identity turns their evening into the ultimate date night-gone-awry. But as Claire and Phil take their unexpected walk on the wild side, they begin to remember what made them so special together. (1:35) PG-13.

“CLASH OF THE TITANS”

In “Clash of the Titans,” the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes). With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. (1:55) PG-13.

“HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON”

Set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons, and based on the book by Cressida Cowell, the action comedy tells the story of Hiccup, a Viking teenager who doesn’t exactly fit in with his tribe’s long-standing tradition of heroic dragon slayers. Hiccup’s world is turned upside down when he encounters a dragon that challenges him and his fellow Vikings to see the world from an entirely different point of view. Vocal talents of Jay Baruchel, Gerard Butler, America Ferrera, Craig Ferguson and Kristen Wiig. (1:45) PG.
