Through April, 15.4 million passengers used the airport, down 5.1 percent from 16.3 million travelers in the same period last year.
The airport says there were 49,087 flight operations in April, down 4.7 percent from April 2008.
Through April, operations numbered 198,622, down 3.8 percent from the same period last year.
