DENVER, C0lorado ” Light rail service is up and running again on a southwest Denver line after service was disrupted by a coal train that derailed on a parallel track last week.
The Regional Transportation District line was damaged early on December 4th when the freight train derailed and dumped coal onto the light rail tracks. A light rail train derailed when it ran over the debris, then struck the freight train. No one was hurt.
