Dinner before a movie
With the small plates craze in full swing, a whole world of appetizer love has opened up. The Gore Range Brewery’s rotisserie chicken takes all day to cook, but you can get it immediately any time after 5 p.m., depending of course on how busy the Edwards establishment is. First on the local scene with tapas, Blue Tiger in West Vail serves an array of small plates, including chicken sate and sushi specialties. Mustang in Edwards serves generous portions of house specialties, such as steak bits and baked brie.
