Doesn’t get it

I just had to comment on Ali Hasan’s ridiculous column that appeared in the Daily on June 6. His absurd belief that Allah, God, Buddha, Jesus or Joseph Smith, for that matter, has anything to do with professional basketball makes about as much sense as his monorail arguments during the election that he couldn’t buy.
As one of our very wise founding fathers, Ben Franklin, said, “Better not to open your mouth and be thought a fool than open it and remove all doubt.”
There Marco Odermatt was, in the Birds of Prey finish corral following his gutsy super-G run, wondering just how fast he was. As the second skier on course, and the first to finish, the confusion was understandable.
