Successful marketing goes far beyond written communications,” Bratcher said. “At Armani Exchange we work with a marketing strategy that fits our customer’s lifestyle. It is about the entire experience from the moment they walk into our stores or visit our Web site, to the personalized promotion they get long after the sale. “To keep a brand alive among its target consumers and keep their attention, it must be revitalized with every experience,” he said.
