Eagle County School Board funds Youth Foundation

EAGLE, Colorado ” The school board approved giving up to $125,000 to the Youth Foundation to be used for its After School Literacy Program, which provides homework help, tutoring and recreation to hundreds of students in the district.

Earlier this year, the Youth Foundation considered canceling the after school program due to a lack of funding.
The decision was unanimous, but board members Connie Kincaid-Strahan and Brian Nolan weren’t present.
