Eagle, CO Colorado

EAGLE, Colorado – The first Eagle Farmers Market was a huge success last Friday in Eagle Town Park with vendors and hundreds of happy shoppers.

The market features activities for all ages, from pony rides to wine tasting and bushels of fresh produce from the farm. The Eagle Farmers Market, will be held each Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. through Sept. 17 (skipping a week during Flight Days).

Bring your blanket and lawn chairs and enjoy the free entertainment. This week, local favorite Dawn Poff will take the stage at 4 p.m. Be ready to shake rattle and roll with a Zumba demonstration with Lora at 5 p.m.

The market will highlight nearly 30 vendors selling everything from locally grown produce to hand-made craft items, pony rides with Mountain Valley Horse Rescue, a petting zoo and other area nonprofit organizations.

The Eagle Farmers Market is sponsored by The Dusty Boot Steakhouse and Saloon, Luigi’s Pasta House, FirstBank, the Town of Eagle, the Vail Daily, One Eagle, and TV8, all of whom will be on hand.

Other vendors include the Clark Family Orchard, Palisade Produce, Rocky Mountain Heating Pads, Reminy Bakery, Gelato Bicycle, Kaleb’s Katch, Gina’s Jewels, Nick’s Hiking Sticks, Styria Bakery, Sowing Seeds, Relay for Life, 4H Clubs of Eagle, and National Mill Dog Rescue.
