Eagle resumes review of shopping complex
Vail, CO Colorado
EAGLE, Colorado ” The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission is slated to reopen its hearings on the Eagle River Station retail and residential complex next week.
A developer wants to build Eagle River Station on 80 acres east of Eagle and south of Interstate 70. The next hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m., Wednesday p.m., at the Eagle Town Hall.
Earlier this year, the planning commission and the Eagle Town Board launched a joint review of the project. The joint hearings were abandoned, however, when it became obvious that the town board would not vote on the issue prior to the April 1 municipal election.
The new members of the town board were sworn in this week, and the board will begin its own review of Eagle River Station, after the planning commission completes its hearing and makes a recommendation.
