Eagle River Meadows hearing postponed

Today’s hearing on the Eagle River Meadows Planned Unit Development proposal has been postponed to allow the applicant time to respond to a request for more details about an alternate development option. The original proposal included development of parcels on both the north and south sides of the Eagle River, just west of the Eagle River Preserve in Edwards. The new option would potentially move the entire project to the south side, at the site of the former B&B gravel mine.The proposal calls for both housing and medical facilities on the property The Eagle County Commissioners will continue their review of the application in approximately four weeks.
