Deane was the head cheerleader during her years at Eagle Valley High School. Lots of locals remember seeing her uniform displayed on the wall of a pizza parlor formerly located on Broadway.
Growth, residential and commercial
Regional retail is coming to the lower valley. Its a matter of deciding not if, but where. We need to make sure Eagle is protected financially.
Some residential development near town, close to the recreation site; then open space and wildlife habitat needs to be preserved.
Impact fees and sales tax. Property tax is less than 10% of Eagle’s revenue source and burdens property owners within the town limits.
