The Kostick household is a busy place, with twin 5-year-old boys and their 3-year-old brother. Yuri affectionately refers to the brood as the Kostick Wolf Pack.
Economy the town needs a stronger tax base for public improvements (roads and infrastructure). Capture additional tax revenue within town.
How will it enhance and improve our existing character? We can expect a unique project in Eagle. We dont need a Glenwood or Avon. Creating a vision is critical. Where will the workers come from?
Prefer to see Brush Creek enhanced (ecologically) but remain undeveloped in the near future.
More sales tax through business recruitment; regional partnerships (partner with Eagle County and Gypsum for road projects).
Seasonal closures are appropriate and full closure for motorized traffic should be considered.
Beginning the revitalization of downtown Eagle with the Broadway district and the town park.
Should have more accurately forecasted Eagle Ranch impacts; annexation of Eagle River Station lands was a mistake until a complete development application was presented by the developer.
