Eagle-Vail business group starts membership drive
EAGLE-VAIL, Colorado – The Eagle-Vail Business Association this week launched a membership drive, and also announced some improvement plans that could be complete by the end of the year.The biggest improvement will be monuments at either end of the business district similar to the big one at the base of the Eagle-Vail Interstate 70 off-ramp. Other plans include about 20 banner poles along U.S. Highway 6 & 24 through the business district. The district will also install about 20 big flower planters that can be put at driveway entrances.The improvements will be funded in part through money from the Eagle-Vail Metropolitan District.Membership in the business group is $200 per year.
