Eagle-Vail man arrested in morphine sale
EAGLE-VAIL – A 27-year-old Eagle-Vail man was arrested Tuesday night after selling 77 morphine pills to an undercover detective, the Eagle Count Sheriff’s Office says.
The pills have an estimated street value of $25 a piece, the Sheriff’s Office says.
Joshua Thurston was arrested at his home in Eagle-Vail after the sale. He has been charged with possession and distribution of a Schedule 2 narcotic and is being held in the Eagle County Detention Facility on a $7,500 bond.
