Friday, June 6

School’s Out Movie: 2 p.m. Eagle Public Library. Free showing of “Despicable Me 2” for elementary age kids.

Movie and Music: 6 p.m. Lundgren Theater Park in Gypsum. Free live music and an outdoor movie showing.

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

Roller Derby Yard Sale: All day. Eagle Pool and Ice Rink. 10th Mountain Roller Dolls yard sale fund-raiser.

Youth Baseball Opening Day: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Western Eagle County Metropolitan Recreation District fields in Eagle. will host an opening day festival for 600 youth baseball and softball participants.

Sunday, June 8

Yoga in the Park: 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Eagle Town Park. Class is free and all donations will go to Eagle County’s Fresh Approach.

Monday, June 9

Trails Information Night: 6 p.m. Eagle Town Hall. Informational meeting regarding trail use on town of Eagle Open Space and surrounding public lands.

Wednesday, June 11

Weight Watchers Weigh-In: 5:30 p.m. Slifer Smith and Frampton Real Estate Eagle Ranch office. Call 970-328-6920 for additional information.
