In high school I was … quiet and involved in academics, athletics, and activities. I was an elite gymnast and played on a club softball team year round in addition to participating in three school sports. I got along with everyone but didn’t have just one group I hung out with. Crazy enough, I didn’t speak to anyone but family (and even then rarely) until I was a late sophomore or early junior. Now it’s a totally different story.

If I was a T-shirt, I would be (fabric, color, any print?)… I would be an EVHS black and white dry-fit athletic team jersey. I proudly represent EVHS and all our programs every day. Some days it’s a tough choice of which team gear I am going to sport.

What’s the best thing about your town? The community itself. I love how caring, giving, and supportive our community is, not only to EVHS, but each individual in our area. They are welcoming, reach out, and go the extra mile to make the Gypsum community what it is.

The best thing about my job is … being able to influence so many aspects of the students’ time at EVHS. I love being part of this community with our parents, teachers, coaches and students. They make the difference and provide a positive impact in my daily job.

As a kid, I always … wondered where the next journey and adventure was going to take me. I always look for the fun and excitement in everything I do. I love that there are no two days that are the same in my world right now and there is always a challenge in my wheel house.

If I could be any superhero, I’d be … Dash, from The Incredibles, with superhuman speed — then I could get more done and appear to be in all places at the same time.

If I was given a million dollars, the first thing I’d buy is … Pay off my houses. I would love to be mortgage free.
