Eagle allocates 2016 marketing money

EAGLE— Eagle has allocated its $68,000 in marketing dollars to 23 events for 2016.

Following is the list of events planned in town this year:

Jan. 15-18 — Vail Mountaineers Hockey MLK Tournament ($500)



March 5-6 — Colorado State Indoor Archery Tournament ($2,000)

April 22-24 — Colorado High School Cycling League Coaches Summit ($1,000)

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

Aug.19-21 — Eagle Mushroom and Wild Food Festival ($2,500)

Oct. 1-2 — Vail Valley Soccer Club Cindy Eskwith Memorial Tournament ($1,000)
