Customer Service Training

Customer Service Training is being offered by Bret Pfost today, April 30, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Glenwood Vaudeville Review Theatre at 915 Grand Avenue.

This event is sponsored by the Glenwood Springs Tourism Promotion Board. Bret is the assistant general manager for the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and the new Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Prior to his arrival in Glenwood Springs, he had a long and successful career in the Disney family and is excited to share his insight for excellent customer service and hospitality management.

Valley View Hospital is presenting the 2015 Community Health Fair on Saturday, May 2 from 7 to 11 a.m.

This event’s new location is at Glenwood Springs High School. The fair will provide screenings, blood draws, and information on health.

TEA 101 at Providence Apothecary is taking place on Sunday, May 3 from 11 p.m. to midnight.

This class will explore the world of tea and the differences between black, green, white, caffeine content, fermentation and history. The evening will include tea tasting.
