Redstone Castle tour
A tour of the historic Redstone Castle will happen at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 21.
The cost is $15 to experience a guided tour – a visit the baronial home of Redstone’s founder J.C. Osgood. Take a step back in time to learn about the coal mining, railroad, and model company town.

Free sculpture class
Take a free sculpture class in Glenwood Springs on Thursday, March 19 at 4 p.m. at the Glenwood Springs Center for the Arts.
Disney sculptor Kay Cochran is offering three different classes for varying age groups. Clay for 4- to 6-year-olds; basic sculpture for 7- to 15-year-olds and adult sculpture for 16-years-old and up. All levels are accepted.

Do it yourself divorce
Learn how to represent yourself through your divorce case at the Garfield County Courthouse on March 19 beginning at 5 p.m.
Attendees will receive all the necessary documentation and information about how to manage their case from start to finish. A small donation is requested for this service but no one will be denied services for lack of ability to pay.

Medicine Making
Medicine Making Series Part 2 is happening at the Providence Apothecary and Holistic Center in Glenwood Springs on Sunday, March 22 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Instructors Chrissy Manes and John Lee teach the science and practice behind basic but effective herbal medicines. They will discuss phytochemicals, enjoy tea, and have fun in this hands-on class. This class also serves as an introduction to how herbal medicine is an effective and relevant option for so many people.

The Hotel Colorado is offering historic tours on Thursdays and Saturdays at 4 p.m. beginning Thursday, March 19.
The tours last one hour and are $8 for adults and $4 for children. Just show up and pay at the front desk. See the historic Hotel Colorado from basement to bell towers and hear about it’s history, humor and a few haunts.
