Students fom Cornerstone Classical School of Basalt will perform Sleeping Beauty.

Sleeping Beauty

“Sleeping Beauty” is being presented by students at Cornerstone Classical School of Basalt, on Friday and Saturday, April 10 and 11, beginning at 7 p.m. on both nights.

The production will take place at Carbondale Middle School at 180 Snowmass Drive in Carbondale. A matinee on Sunday, April 12 at 2 p.m. is also scheduled. For more information, call 970-927-9106.



Roaring Fork Transit changes

The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority has announced that VelociRFTA-BRT will have reduced frequency and discontinue on the weekends.

The Carbondale Circulator will discontinue on the weekends and the local buses will serve downtown Carbondale. The Downvalley Express buses will no longer travel into Downtown Carbondale.

Hogback service will have reduced frequency on weekends. Woody Creek service will discontinue until summer. Aspen service will have reduced hours (7 a.m. to midnight Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays). Crosstown Shuttle and Galena Shuttle service will discontinue on April 19.

Student Career Fair

Glenwood SpringsHigh School will host a Student Career Fair on Wednesday, April 15, from noon to 5 p.m.

Glenwood Sunset Rotary and the Roaring Fork Young Professionals will present the Student Career Fair for Professionals and Employers. This is an opportunity to showcase and fill temporary or full time positions and converse with students interested in career options.
