Tyler said he is "kinda" looking forward to heading back to school next week. Middle and high school students who attend Eagle County School District will start the 2016-17 term Thursday, Aug. 18 and elementary students will return to school on Monday, Aug. 22.

Eagle Valley Community Fund Rummage Sale

What: Mother-of-all rummage sales to benefit local non-profit organizations

When: Saturday, Aug. 20 — 6:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 21 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where: Maloit Park, Minturn

Details: Each year the rummage sale raises more than $200,000. More than 60 local charities will receive donations from the sale proceeds. Yoga in the Park

What: Donation based yoga session presented by Yoga Off Broadway and Eagle Outside

When: Sunday, Aug. 21

Time: 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.

Where: Eagle Town Park

Details: Donations collected will benefit Eagle County Special Olympics. All skill levels welcome.
