Letter: Thanks for health fair partners, volunteers
Providing free and affordable health screenings is the key to preventing disease before it starts. Vail Health was proud to partner with the Eagle Lions Club to host the 9Health Fair in April, ensuring our community lives longer, healthier lives. Thanks to everyone involved, over 550 Eagle County residents were able to take advantage of free and significantly discounted health screenings. Vail Health is honored to partner with the Eagle Lions Club, Eagle Healthcare Center, Vail Daily and many more to make this event possible. We are also grateful to Eagle Valley High School for allowing us to host the health fair in their beautiful facility.
Special thanks to the volunteer health care providers from Adair Dental, Alcoholics Anonymous, Colorado Mountain College, Colorado Mountain Medical, Costco Pharmacy, Eagle County Airport, Eagle County Health and Human Services, Eagle County Paramedics Services, Eagle County School District, Eagle-Summit Foot & Ankle, Eagle Valley Family Practice, Howard Head Sports Medicine, Mountain Dermatology, Mountain Family Health, SpeakUp ReachOut, Town of Gypsum, Vail Valley Surgery Center and Valley View Rehabilitation Services. Finally, thank you to the 95 community volunteers who helped direct traffic, register participants and answer questions.
