Time to dig Eagle Valley Eagle-valley | Mar 19, 2014 The Eagle Diner sign has been uprooted as crews launch the 2014 construction season at Eby Creek Road. Temporary traffic signals are being set up this week and motorists are experiencing changes in the traffic pattern. Traffic configurations to accommodate the next phase of work have been established with the dedicated right turn lane northbound on Eby Creek Road to get onto Chambers Avenue removed. Motorists needing to turn right will do so from the through lane. Additionally, eastbound Chambers Avenue has been reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction. There will be new stripes painted on the street to help motorists navigate the new traffic pattern and lanes. Motorists should expect some delays through the corridor and plan their trips accordingly. A suggested alternate route for Gypsum residents to avoid traffic delays is the US6/I-70 Gypsum interchange.Pam Boyd/pboyd@eaglevalleyenterprise.com | Eagle Valley Colorado Mountain College sets timeline for presidential search Mar 25, 2024 Vail to increase fees associated with planning and development — but how much is the right amount?
