East Lionshead Circle to be closed through Oct. 12

Vail, CO Colorado

VAIL, Colorado – East Lionshead Circle will be closed in front of the Lionshead Welcome Center from Oct. 3 through Oct. 12 for completion of the East Lionshead Circle streetscape construction project. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Vehicular access to the locations east of the closure will be detoured through the Dobson-Library Plaza via South Frontage Road, Vail Road and West Meadow Drive.

Direct vehicular access to the Treetops residential and Lionshead Centre buildings will be closed during this time. Parking for these facilities will be available in the Lionshead parking structure.

The in-town bus route will be rerouted during the closure to the South Frontage Road, stopping at the Marriott, Concert Hall Plaza, the Lionshead Transit Center (eastbound only) and the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
