Eastbound I-70 reopens after jack-knifed semi stops traffic

Eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 reopened between West Vail, Exit 173 and Vail, Exit 176, around 9:20 a.m., according to an Eagle County Alert

The closure began around 6:30 a.m. due to a jack-knifed semi, according to an earlier alert.
