Special to the DailyThe Club at Cordillera hosts "Eating for Charity," a dinner to benefit eight Vail Valley charities, Friday night at the Timber Hearth Grille.

CORDILLERA – The Club at Cordillera will be hosting a gourmet dinner from Sushi to Nuts to raise money for eight Vail Valley charities.

“The event gives the Vail Valley community a chance to enjoy a great dinner at an affordable price while benefiting organizations that mean so much to all of us,” said Mike Delcour, director of club operations at the Club at Cordillera.

The event is part of the fundraising efforts this week by the charitable arm of the Cordillera Motorcycle Association.

Twenty dollars of the $80 ticket will be donated to support to the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, Cancer Caring House Supporting the Shaw Regional Cancer Center, Eagle River Youth Coalition, Habitat for Humanity, The Heuga Center, The Literacy Project, The Vail Valley Foundation and The Youth Foundation.
