EDWARDS — The fourth annual Ed Fest, brought to Edwards by the team at Crazy Mountain Brewery, celebrates international craft beer culture with over 40 craft breweries pouring microbrews from around the world.
Ed Fest promises summer fun for the whole community with gourmet bites from local restaurants and food trucks, wares from Colorado purveyors and live music by the North Mississippi Allstars. Ed Fest benefits the Eagle Valley Land Trust, a local nonprofit dedicated to conserving and protecting Eagle Valley’s natural spaces.
“Great live music and craft beer in the sunshine makes for a quintessential Colorado summertime experience,” said Claire Plunkett, director of events for Crazy Mountain Brewery. “Bringing an internationally touring band like North Mississippi Allstars to Ed Fest is a huge step for us this year and we are very thrilled to have them headline our festival.”
Events will be held at the Freedom Park soccer fields at WECMRD at 0450 Miller Ranch Road in Edwards.
On Aug. 15, there will be a VIP farm-to-table food and specialty rare beer event featuring beers from selected participating Ed Fest breweries from 6 to 8 p.m. On Aug. 16, Ed Fest runs from 3 to 6 p.m. for the beer tasting and 6 to 10 p.m. for the concert.
