Join the Vail Symposium, in partnership with the Education Foundation of Eagle County, for a presentation about education in Colorado: What is the current state of our education system? What innovations should we consider in order to make Colorado education the first in the world? Co-founder of the Kipp Academy Mike Feinberg and Colorado senator Mike Johnston will answer these questions and talk about how we can build a 21st-century education in Colorado. The program starts at 6 p.m. following a reception at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at the Colorado Mountain College campus in Edwards. Tickets are $35 general admission, $25 for Symposium donors and Eagle County School faculty, and $10 for students. Go to or call 970-476-0954 for tickets and more information.
