Adult classes include the popular “Ladies Clay Nights,” “Beginning Painting,” and “Camera to Computer,” as well as a number of one-day workshops in mediums such as watercolors, plein-air painting, photography, and more.
The complete class schedule with more than 30 art offerings is available on their website, http://www.alpineartscenter.org, along with class descriptions and easy online registration.
“The idea behind Alpine Arts Center is to offer a creative outlet to our entire community, an art hub for both artists and art enthusiasts,” said Lauren Merrill, owner and art instructor at the center. “We encourage everyone to come experience art in some form, whether art is a passion, a hobby, or just a fun way to add some culture and creativity into our active mountain lifestyles.”
Merrill is one of 15 art instructors who will be teaching at Alpine Arts Center this fall.
