Edwards event to explore ballot measures

EDWARDS, Colorado – The Women’s Foundation of Colorado will host a nonpartisan educational event at the Singletree Community Center from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday at the Singletree Community Center in Edwards to explore the statewide ballot measures.

Presented by Rich Jones, director of Policy and Research for The Bell Policy Center, all measures on the this year’s Colorado General Election ballot will be discussed, with a special focus on Amendments 60, 61, 62 and 63 and Proposition 101. Jones worked for 24 years at the National Conference of State Legislatures, where he was director of the Legislative Programs Division. In that role, he wrote extensively about topics such as management, legislative operations, term limits, staffing and oversight.
