Evans Chaffee adds new partner

AVON, Colorado – Evans Chaffee Construction Group, a Vail Valley construction services company, has announced the addition of Andy Halminski as a partial equity partner in the company.
He joins Chris Evans, president, and Michele Evans, vice president, as co-owners in Evans Chaffee, which has served the Vail Valley’s construction needs since 1998. His primary areas of responsibility will be project management and business development.
Originally joining the company in 2003, Halminski has been instrumental in the strategic planning and execution of many of Evans Chaffee’s largest projects. These projects include the construction of Water House on Main Street condominium project in Breckenridge, the Westin spa renovation and custom homes in Red Sky Ranch. He also led the new construction of the American National Banks in both Eagle and Carbondale, and the Ritz-Carlton condominium conversions in Bachelor Gulch.
Halminski’s strengths to the Evans Chaffee leadership team include his experience and expertise in strategic planning, project leadership skills, and overall business operations.
High profile projects recently completed by Evans Chaffee Construction Group include the renovation of the old Battle Mountain High School building. The Eagle County School District selected Evans Chaffee Construction Group to renovate the building to house the new Pre-K-8 Homestake Peak.
In addition to Homestake Peak, Evans Chaffee recently completed an addition to the Vail Mountain Rescue building which provides an operational station for the volunteer Vail Mountain Rescue Group.
Both projects were completed on time and under budget , maintaining Evans Chaffee’s performance record.
