With my personal work, that’s something that is very oblique for me, but looking around at the right times and paying attention to what I see is a big part of it.Most memorable exhibit: Of mine? I did a show with CMC with a bunch of other photographers where they gave out awards to just about everyone, like in kids’ soccer, but I didn’t win anything. I’d like to ride around the frontier with Edward S. Curtis meeting and photographing Native Americans. Sebastiao Salgado is another traveler and raconteur with the camera. Mark Seliger has made a lot of portraits of rock stars.Did you ever own a Polaroid? I have a Polaroid Back. I’ve shot a lot of it.If you could only have one piece of art hanging in your living room, what would it be? A big original Ansel Adams print would be nice
