GYPSUM, Colorado –A pharmacist summoned county deputies to Costco in Gypsum after a customer attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription.

The customer, a woman, apparently was using a high-quality copy machine to make copies of a prescription. Wal-Mart in Glenwood Springs had sent out an alert warning that the woman might attempt to fill the illegal prescription.

Clerks pointed out the nervous woman when the deputy arrived. She was charged with distribution of a controlled substance, fraud and deceit, and criminal attempt.
