VAIL — The Vail Public Library’s annual Family Fireside Holiday Party is Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the library. Santa and Ralph, the world’s tallest elf, look forward to their annual visit to the Vail Public Library.

“It is one of our favorite stops,” Santa said. “We will fly in at about 5:30, so be on the lookout for my reindeer and sleigh!”

Attendees can also enjoy caroling with the Battle Mountain High School chorus, making holiday crafts and socializing with friends and neighbors while children await their turn to visit with Santa. It is a photo opportunity not to be missed, so bring a camera and wear your party clothes. This special event is family friendly and free of charge.

Please note, the library will be collecting food donations for the Vail Valley Salvation Army throughout the evening.

This program is free. Light refreshments will be served. For more information, call 970-479-2187 or visit http://www.vail library.com.
