“Everyone knows about the adventure-side of Vail’s summer with climbing, fishing and hiking, but Vail has also built a reputation for culinary excellence, so we wanted to combine these two aspects into one fantastic weekend,” said event producer James Deighan, of Highline Entertainment. “Participants will not only be treated to exceptional food and drink, but they also have the opportunity to climb, hike and take a fly-casting clinic with some of the best chefs in the nation. Feast! is a true Vail-lifestyle experience.”
Feast! Vail gets underway on Friday night from 6 to 9 p.m. with Small Bites, Big Valley Flavors at The Sebastian in Vail. Vail’s chefs will be joined by great talent from Denver serving up small plates to kick off the holiday weekend. Enjoy a mouthwatering small plate tasting presented by celebrated Vail Valley and talented guest chefs.
