Final Taste of Mexico set for Saturday night in Vail

Five chefs from all over Mexico are in town for The Sebastian’s Taste of Mexico, which kicked off Wednesday night and finishes up this evening with the final Taste of Mexico Vintner’s Dinner. “Each chef will cook according to their specific region” Saturday night, Executive Chef Sergio Howland said.The visiting chefs include:Paola Garduo from Caf O, Farina & O2 in Mexico City; Guillermo Gonzlez Beristin from Pangea Restaurant Group in Monterrey, N.L.; Roberto Solis from Nectar in Yucatan, Merida; Benito; and Solange Molina from Manzanilla in Ensenada, Baja California.Each chef will focus on a different Mexican region with their dish tonight and the visiting winemakers and sommeliers will pair wines with each course.
