Top Shelf Harvest victors
• Mixologist — Tyler Jamison, of Tavern on the Square, with “Slow Surprise,” a combination of 10th Mountain Rye Whiskey, apple juice, cinnamon, cayenne and lemon zest.
• People’s Choice Best Restaurant — Terra Bistro, 7X Beef slider with bacon jam, chipotle-cocoa ketchup and two-year-aged white cheddar.
• People’s Choice Best Distillery — KJ Wood Distillers, local organic cider with apple slices and cinnamon sticks macerated in vodka for about 30 hours.
