Former yoga teacher Kiara Boch returns to Vail Vitality Center
VAIL – The Yoga Studio at Vail Vitality Center at Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa hosts a three-day workshop series with teacher Kiara Boch today through Saturday. Each session features a unique theme, including sun salutations, yoga trance dance and fluid power, encouraging students to welcome spring with personal transformation.”We’re thrilled to welcome Kiara back to Vail and to our yoga community,” said Julia Clarke, yoga coordinator at Vail Vitality Center at Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa. “Kiara teaches and embodies the healing aspects of yoga, as well its playful side. She creates space in her classes for healing, transformation and lots of fun.”The cost is $20 per workshop in advance or $25 per workshop day-of. Participants can attend all three sessions for $55. Rates apply to Vail Vitality Center members and non-members.Boch is a certified Prana Flow Yoga, meditation and Yoga Trance Dance instructor who believes that being in the flow helps everyone remember their own true nature and full potential, and discover the pulsating light that exists in every human being.
