AVON — Welcome spring with a four-week Clean & Lean Spring Reset at The Athletic Club at The Westin led by certified master nutrition therapist Christine Pierangeli.

Designed to teach how to better pull together quick meals full of real nutrient-dense and satisfying foods, the Clean & Lean Spring Reset will refocus your nutrition and give you more energy and enthusiasm for outdoor mountain activities this summer. Educate yourself about organic options, label reading and how to eliminate sugar and processed foods from your pantry.

The Athletic Club at The Westin’s Clean & Lean Spring Reset will be held from Monday, May 9, through Sunday, June 5, kicking off with an informational meeting on Wednesday, May 4, at 5:30 p.m. in The Athletic Club’s Movement Studio. It will also include a midway Virtual Grocery Tour seminar on Thursday, May 23, at 5:30 p.m.



Clean & Lean Spring Reset participants can expect:

• Biometric benchmark screening at start and conclusion.



• Goal worksheets.

• A Facebook accountability group.

• Direct email support.



• Weekly recipe four-pack.

• Weekly grocery lists.

• Meal-planning worksheets.

• Eight-to-Great weekly challenges focused on wellbeing: sleep, hydration, knowledge and exploration.

Participants and the public can also take part in a special Clean & Lean Chef’s Garden Dinner on Friday, June 10, at The Lift at The Westin Riverfront. This special dinner will feature a thoughtful dinner palette of organic and locally grown produce and healthy super foods created by Pierangeli and The Westin Executive Chef Kevin Delonay. Priced at $50 per person, it includes three courses paired with wine.

Pierangeli earned her credentials as a certified master nutrition therapist from Denver’s acclaimed Nutrition Therapy Institute. She specializes in creating holistic, whole foods-based nutrition plans that serve her clients’ individual needs.
