Free Avon program teaches the links between health and wealth
AVON — In partnership with the Avon Public Library, CSU Extension will host a seminar addressing the link between financial problems and poor health. The Small Steps to Health and Wealth Colorado program will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Avon Public Library, located at 200 Benchmark Road in Avon.
CSU Extension Director Glenda Wentworth notes that there are many links between health habits and wealth habits. Through the program, participants will learn simple strategies to simultaneously improve health and personal finances.
The free session will offer hands-on learning opportunities, as well as useful health and finance tips in a supportive learning environment. Refreshments will be provided.
