VAIL CO, Colorado

The reality thriller film “Catfish” will screen at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Avon Public Library.

In late 2007, filmmakers Ariel Schulman and Henry Joost sensed a story unfolding as they began to film the online dating life of Ariel’s brother, Nev. They had no idea that their project would lead to the most exhilarating and unsettling months of their lives. A reality thriller that is a shocking product of our times, “Catfish” is a riveting story of love, deception and grace within a labyrinth of online intrigue.

“Now Showing @ EVLD” offers free film screenings throughout the year. For a complete schedule of upcoming films, visit the Eagle Valley Library District’s website at http://www.evld.org. All film screenings are free and open to the public. Films may not be appropriate for all audiences.
